Multi-tasking: Peaches Geldof carefully cuddles Astala as they take the family dog for a walk

Being a young mum is a balancing act, as Peaches Geldof discovered when she took her son Astala and her dog for a simultaneous walk in the park.
The 23-year old rock offspring was seen looking pale but happy as she enjoyed a dose of fresh air with her 9-month old baby.
The tot was wrapped up against the chilly winter air, and looked cute in an owl hat and chunky knitted cardigan.

Peaches was dressed equally warm for their adventure around their local park in London, opting for a thick woollen jumper and leggings.
The thick outer layer hid the only clue that Peaches is carrying her second baby, as the rest of her figure has remained typically slim.
Despite looking pale and very tired, Peaches looked happy to be enjoying a dose of fresh air with eight month old Astala.

She told Hello! magazine: 'I did have a momentary panic and go, 'Oh my God, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?'
However, the television presenter explained her husband, rocker Tom Cohen, immediately alleviated her doubts.
She added: 'Tom was so supportive and relaxed, it banished my doubts and I started imagining the two boys growing up together as the best of friends.

'There are massive benefits to having two children so close together.'
Peaches, daughter of Boomtown Rats singer Bob Geldof, and Tom have already decided on a name for their unborn son.
Despite it being a girl's name, they will name the baby Phaedra, which is a name derived from Greek mythology.
