Something on your mind? Lindsay Lohan was seen picking up a drink without her shoes on

She made a late and rather tired looking appearance in court earlier in the week.
And it seems Lindsay Lohan’s mind might be on her next court date as she stepped out to pick up a smoothie without her shoes on.
The troubled star clearly had bigger things to worry about than her footwear as she made a drinks run in a pair of tiny shorts, which showed off her bruised and pale legs.
Flame-haired Lindsay forwent her shoes, opting for just a pair of black socks with her black shorts, which featured fierce stud detailing.

Toning down the denim, she wore a preppy red shirt tucked in to them with rolled up sleeves and an open neck.
To complete her look and to perhaps cover her bloated looking face as much as possible, she wore a floppy black hat and a large pair of black sunglasses.
Despite her slightly bedraggled look, the star’s red hair looked like it had been styled in to loose curls, albeit they were slightly messy.

Her smoothie trip came just a few days after her brief appearance in court on Wednesday, when she was told by the judge that she could still be found in violation of her probation- even if a jury finds her not guilty.
The actress was in court for a hearing relating to a lying to police and reckless driving over a car crash in June last year on Pacific Coast Highway.
Judge Stephanie Sautner set a trial date for next month, and dryly commented to Lindsay: 'I'm glad to see you're feeling better,' in reference to the actress almost not showing up on health grounds.

Rather be somewhere else? Lindsay looked sleepy as she attended court on Wednesday

Lindsay confirmed that Mark Heller, her new lawyer, will represent her in the case, after cutting ties with long-time attorney Shawn Holley.
Lohan hesitated when asked if she was comfortable with the change in legal representation - but agreed - amid reports she was desperate to get Holley back after reportedly firing her.
The 26-year-old actress is facing jail over claims she lied to police over a car crash in June last year on Pacific Coast Highway.
At the time she told police her assistant Gavin Doyle was driving her Porsche - but he later told police it was Lohan behind the wheel.
